Paul's first letter to the Corinthians contains much wisdom and guidance for us today! It's amazing how issues facing the Corinthian church are similar, if not the same, to ones we face now. This 28-week study in 1 Corinthians was written as a 2-year study. So, this particular series takes an in-depth look at chapters 1-8 in 28 lessons. Later...much later...I'll post 1 Corinthians Part 2 that contains another 28 lessons on chapters 9-16.
For now, grab a friend, get some tea and your Bible, and get ready to dig in to a book you'll soon grow to love and appreciate. The Lord has so much for you in His Word!

One of the most rewarding aspects of Bible study comes when we take the time to look at what God included in a particular book or chapter. Often people are tempted to skip over this part of Bible study, but when they do, they miss out on learning how perfectly complete God's Word is, how every word has value, and how much we learn if we just slow down and gaze for a while. 1 Corinthians Chapter 1 is big on blessing, so take some time to look at what God has preserved for you to learn today. As a fun treat for my soul, I am s-l-o-w-l-y writing a 2-year study in 2 Corinthians. I have a one year, 17 week version already available, but I’ve wanted to revisit this wonderful book and spend more time on it.
