1 Corinthians, Part 2 (Chapters 9-16) Teacher's Guide

Generally, I’m not a big fan of “teacher’s guides” for anyone other than another Bible study leader. I write the studies purposely crafting the questions to try to help any Bible student find the answers in the text—Lord willing anyway. I believe that if I teach you how to dig, you will be able to sift and sort through the treasures that come to the surface, and make sense of it all. The answers are in the text.

That said, there are times when as a Bible study teacher, I can greatly aid my group by giving them extra goodies from commentaries, sermons, and those who’ve studied the passage well. First Corinthians Part 2 is one such study where I’ve found it helpful and reassuring to share some of my comments and answers with the ladies in the study.

If you have not studied the book of 1 Corinthians yet, make plans to do so soon! It is relevant, timely, helpful, and smoothes out so many questions modern Christians have about the Christian life and life in the church.
